Northridge Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a resident-focused care team in Manitowoc, WI. Offers compassionate, high-quality care to older adults with opportunities for growth and certifications including Vent/Trach.

Positions include AM, PM, and NOC shifts (full-time, part-time, PRN) with shift differentials and leadership pathways like ADON and Unit Manager. Training provided for Vent/Trach certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor residents' vital signs.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care.

• Lead and support CNA staff.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity.
• Communicate with Nurse Managers and the care team.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes.

Available Positions & Shifts

• AM Shift: Full-time, part-time, or PRN; Monday–Friday opportunities available

• PM Shift: Part-time, or PRN

• NOC Shift: RN only; full-time Sunday–Thursday, part-time, or PRN

Leadership Opportunities: Ask about ADON and Unit Manager positions for qualified RNs or LPNs

What You'll Do
