Professional Case Management (PCM) is recruiting Registered Nurses to deliver in-home healthcare, building one-on-one relationships with patients in a home setting and improving health outcomes. Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home healthcare services to patients in their homes.
