Inglemoor Rehabilitation and Care Center in Livingston, New Jersey, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and contribute to individualized care plans for residents with complex medical and rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in New Jersey.
• Active CPR certification.
• Knowledge of PCC EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress, identify changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

EXCELLENT NURSING STAFFING RATIOS DAY 1:9, EVENING 1:12 AND NIGHT 1:20. Up to 32 days of PTO with cash payout for unused days.
