Job summary

Nexion Health Management in Lampasas, TX is seeking a qualified RN to join our care team. Shifts include 12-hour and 8-hour options (6am-6pm, 6pm-6am, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am).

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time candidates, with hourly wages of $34–$38 depending on experience. Enjoy a $2.50 per hour shift differential for night shifts and comprehensive benefits including telehealth, medical/dental/vision coverage, and early pay options.
