Job summary

Agape Care Group seeks a Registered Nurse in South Carolina to evaluate patients and develop care plans while communicating with patients, families, and the care team to ensure coordinated, compassionate hospice care.

The RN will join a supportive leadership team with opportunities for professional development and advancement, contributing to a mission of comfort and meaningful experiences for patients facing life-limiting illness.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
• Communicate with the patient, the patient’s family, and the care team to ensure coordinated care.
• Drive the care team to ensure every patient receives quality care.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
