AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Kerrville, TX. The role focuses on direct nursing care for residents and supervising daily nursing activities within the unit, ensuring compassionate and high-quality care.

New grads and walk-ins are welcome. Eligible full-time staff receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus, with benefits supporting health, time off, and family coverage, alongside corporate support and employee scrubs services.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• I.V. Certification Preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
