Reliant Care Management Company in Kansas is seeking a registered nurse who brings empathy and patience to patient care. You will assess health needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient status.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities
