Job summary

Wellstone Regional Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana seeks a dynamic RN for the night shift (7p-7a). NEW GRADS WELCOME. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for night shift, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more.

You will collaborate with a health team to deliver and coordinate patient care across pediatric to adult populations. Non-exempt hourly position; every other weekend or 3rd weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Indiana (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an ASN or BSN.
• Experience in health care preferred but not required.
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5-65yrs+.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, coordinate, and evaluate patient care through collaboration with health team members.
• Provide age-appropriate nursing care based on the nursing process and standards of care.
• Work non-exempt hourly, with every other/3rd weekend shifts.

Wellstone Regional Hospital is a 100-bed acute care facility located in Jeffersonville, Indiana and has been providing quality health care to the residents of Southern Indiana and the Louisville area since 2003. Wellstone specializes in the treatment of Adolescents, Children, and the Adult population. In addition to our in-patient services, we offer out-patient programs as well. Wellstone is seeking a dynamic and talented RN, 7p-7a, NEW GRADS WELCOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Registered Nurse is a registered professional nurse who delivers, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. The RN must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served. Non-exempt hourly position. Every other/3rd weekend will be required.
