Job summary

Castleton Health Care Center in Indianapolis is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for day, evening, and night shifts in our skilled nursing facility. You will lead a team and ensure high-quality resident care, medication administration, and compliance with clinical policies.

Active RN license and BLS/CPR certification are required; we prefer experience in skilled nursing or long-term care and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS/CPR certification current.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulations.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Lead shift and support overall care quality.
