The role involves performing exams, administering treatments, infection control, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. You will use Athenahealth or similar EMR, and may participate in education, phlebotomy, and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana
• BSN preferred but not required
• Proven experience in providing direct patient care
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
