You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, administer medications and procedures, conduct bedside rounds, maintain accurate records, and contribute to education for patients

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and discharge summaries
• Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
