Job summary

Genesis Healthcare in High Point, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for part-time and full-time shifts, including evening hours. Walk-ins are welcome for drop-in interviews Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

A sign-on bonus is available for full-time evening nurses, with various shift options to fit different schedules. As a RN, you will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team to develop effective plans that improve patient well‑being in

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continue evaluation of outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
