Job summary

ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Rockwall in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver hospital-level care in a post-acute setting. You will participate in an interdisciplinary team and manage IV therapies, wound care, tracheostomy care, mobility, and line/tube/drain oversight.

The role requires TX RN licensure, CPR, and prefers ACLS/BLS, 1+ year of RN experience, and CRRN where available. Expect 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends/holidays, with added pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• TX RN license required.
• CPR required; ACLS & BLS preferred.
• 1+ year RN experience preferred (acute care a plus).
• CRRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-level care in a post-acute setting.
• Administer IV therapies, wound care, and tracheostomy management as needed.
• Monitor lines, tubes, and drains; assist with mobility and assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support recovery.

Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit.
