HARTVILLE CARE CENTER in Hartville, MO is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

As an RN, you will administer medications, assist physicians, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care. Missouri license required, with at least one year of RN experience preferred.

• RN Licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned

• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned
