Hagerstown Healthcare Nursing and Rehab is seeking an RN Charge Nurse to lead our nursing team and deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a rehab setting.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating care plans with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining detailed records in compliance with regulations. Strong leadership and Maryland RN licensure are required; LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Maryland RN license.
• 6–12 months clinical experience; Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
