Asheboro Rehabilitation and Healthcare delivers compassionate care to residents in Greensboro. We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time Evening and Night shifts to supervise staff and ensure safety and well-being of residents under policy and regulatory guidelines.

The RN will lead care teams, monitor resident health, administer treatments, document accurately, and ensure compliance with state licensure. We offer strong benefits, growth opportunities, and a supportive management team.

Qualifications

• Current State RN license required.
• LTC/SNF RN experience preferred.
• Evening/Night shift availability required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and safeguard residents' health, safety and welfare.
• Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document accurately.

Evening Shift: 3pm-11pm

Night Shift: 11pm-7am

Summary/Objective:

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the RN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
