Job summary

RegalCare at Greenfield is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a home-like setting in Greenfield, MA. Roles include patient assessments, medication administration, care planning, and family education.

This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with a $1500 sign-on bonus and a supportive, collaborative environment focused on quality care and cultural inclusivity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, treatment, and education to residents and their families

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document resident condition, progress, and responses to care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

RN Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, treatment, and education to residents and their families
