Hickory Falls Health & Rehabilitation in Granite Falls, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caregiving team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and follow individualized care plans to ensure safety and comfort for residents.
