Eduro Healthcare, LLC's Eastern Montana Veteran's Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the long-term care unit at our skilled nursing facility in Glendive, MT. Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Active RN license (Montana) is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse (RN) care for residents
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy (state-permitted), tube feeds, suctioning, catheter care
• Supervise and guide LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff per state nurse practice acts
• Ensure care plans are developed and updated from assessments and interdisciplinary input
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and team for coordinated care
• Accurately complete all required documentation and records per regulatory standards

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse (RN) care for residents


• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of residents and evaluate changes in condition to ensure appropriate interventions and care planning


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician and in accordance with facility policies and professional nursing standards


• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy (as permitted by state practice), tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, and other complex nursing procedures


• Supervise, delegate, and provide clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel in accordance with state nurse practice acts


• Ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and updated based on resident assessments and interdisciplinary team input


• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective resident care

Accurately complete all required documentation, assessments, and clinical records in a timely manner and in accordance with regulatory standards

Skills and Qualifications
