Palisade Healthcare Center in Garretson, SD is seeking Registered Nurses to join our patient-centered team. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with an agency-free facility focused on collaboration and strong leadership.

Deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care, collaborate with care teams, and mentor staff to ensure excellent resident outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance and individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Associate degree in Nursing or higher.
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and oversee quality nursing care for residents.
• Collaborate closely with CNAs, nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support and mentor fellow team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Help foster a positive, resident-centered team culture.
