Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a skilled registered nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care across settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

In this role you will administer medications, monitor status, educate patients and families, and document care in the EMR, ensuring safe transitions and high-quality care across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient environments.

• Current RN licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to monitor patient status
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and patient-care workflows
