About the Role:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
• Assess and monitor patient condition, identifying and reporting changes to ensure timely interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory standards and facility policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of our patient care services

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, identifying and prioritizing care needs
• Supervise and mentor new staff members, providing guidance and support
• Participate in staff development activities, staying current with industry trends and best practices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and adhering to facility policies

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
