Job summary
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Homecare Nurses to provide 1:1 patient care in Centralia, IL, and surrounding areas. The role supports children and adults in their own homes under physician care plans. Flexible hours include full-time, part-time and PRN shifts to fit your schedule.
Qualified candidates hold an active IL nursing license and CPR certification. The team offers weekly pay, benefits, and 24/7 RN support to ensure patient care excellence.

- Active IL nursing license is required.
- CPR certification is required.
Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
