Job summary

Kimwell in Fall River, MA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for full- or part-time hours to provide high-quality patient care to residents.

You will assess health needs, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of treatment. A valid MA RN license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse (MA).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to staff.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
