Parkway Care and Rehab in Edwardsville, KS is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. You will provide total care for residents, monitor conditions, administer medications, and ensure HIPAA compliance while supporting our care plans.

This position offers 12-hour night shifts (6pm–6am) with weekend rotation and shift differentials up to $3/hour, plus an additional $2/hour for CARES values criteria.

is looking to hire a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Are you looking for a career with a health care company that will value you? Do you want to be part of a dynamic and caring clinical team?

This rehabilitation nursing position earns a competitive salary of $35 to $40. This full-time position includes shift differentials up to $3 and hour. You are also eligible for an additional $2/hour for meeting CARES values criteria (ask us about this!). The ideal candidate is available on weekends (with shift differential of +3/hour). You would have the opportunity to work up to 12 hours shifts.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you play a vital role in our clinic. Without you, we would not be able to fulfill our purpose! You provide total care for our residents, starting with carefully monitoring their condition and needs. You follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments, ensure the narcotic policies and procedures are followed, monitor for side effects, and report any changes in the condition of residents. You also oversee the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff to make sure that resident care plans are being followed.

With a close eye for detail, you complete documentation as well as admit and discharge residents. You take great care to report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect that you find when caring for your residents. You live up to the trust of those in your care by maintaining confidentiality and following Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) requirements as well as upholding our facility policies and procedures. Your warm and friendly demeanor makes it easy for you to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and your colleagues. Qualifications For a Registered Nurse (rn)

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time registered nurse works 12-hour shifts 6pm to 6am.

Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.

3-day weekends every other weekend.

Never work more than 3 days in a row.

7 days off every 14 days.

Average 2 hours of overtime every week.
