AdviniaCare Waterview Villa in Rhode Island is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our assisted living and skilled nursing teams. The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with 3p-11p and 11p-7a shifts.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain accurate records, and contribute to quality improvement while delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Rhode Island
• Experience as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility
