Harmony Utica Ridge in Davenport, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our caring team. You will provide high‑quality nursing care, administer medications, and follow each resident’s care plan to support safety and comfort.

As a team leader, you will assess residents, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with physicians and families to improve outcomes. An Iowa RN license or compact state license is required; skilled nursing facility experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Iowa or compact state.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Strong patient advocacy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication administration and nursing care as per care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments and document findings.
• Lead care team and coordinate with physicians and families.

To be eligible for consideration, applicant should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

As a Registered Nurse, RN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Utica Ridge by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
