Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Cypress Grove Rehab Center in Cypress, TX. The role offers Full-time Day and Night shifts with every other weekend rotation and no on-call requirement.

You will foster relationships with residents and families, applying your nursing skills to promote physical and psychosocial well-being while collaborating with the care team to deliver exceptional geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities
