Job summary

Chase County Care and Rehab in Cottonwood Falls, KS, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our long-term care and skilled nursing community. This full-time role offers 12-hour night shifts (6p-6a) or daytime shifts (6a-6p) depending on needs.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting
• Monitor patient status and document changes in care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care
• Work 12-hour night shifts (6p-6a) or daytime shifts as needed
