Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Registered Nurses to provide in-home healthcare across Colorado. New grads are welcome. You can create your own schedule with full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, and now receive weekly pay.

Earn $45.00–$47.50 per hour with competitive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts. Stay compliant with CPR and TB testing and deliver compassionate, safe home care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in state(s) of practice.
• CPR certification and TB test current.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home RN care to patients.
• Assess health status and monitor treatment plans.
• Coordinate with care teams and document interventions.
• Maintain safety and infection control in the home setting.
