Job summary

Independence Plus is expanding our specialized home nursing division in all of our service areas, and we are now hiring Registered Nurses (RN). Our nurses care for medically complex adult and pediatric patients at home, learning ventilator skills while supported by a dedicated team that wants to help you succeed and your patient thrive.

Nurses are paid for clinical and ventilator training upon completion of first independent shift and scheduling of two additional shifts.

Qualifications

• Current IL Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred for field nurses.
• Current CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to medically complex adult and pediatric patients.
• Learn and apply ventilator skills to support patients at home.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure patient success and safety.
