Genesiscareers in Cheat Lake, West Virginia, is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long‑term care setting. You will perform nursing assessments, collaborate with the care team, and develop individualized plans of care for patients with complex diagnoses.

The role requires a graduate of an approved nursing program and an active RN license with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Responsibilities

Posted Salary Range

USD $37.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
