Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality resident care in a clean, safe environment. You will develop and implement nursing care plans, collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants, and perform nursing diagnoses to guide care strategies.

You will record medication administration, monitor staff for safety and regulatory compliance, follow equipment procedures, and perform other duties as directed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current nursing registration.
• Experience as an RN in a nursing community.
• Desire to care for residents with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.
