Job summary

ALL IN ONE HOME HEALTH AGENCY INC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will create and manage personalized care plans for individual patients, observe and communicate effectively in the patients' best interests, and apply current nursing practices with a problem-solving mindset.

You will coordinate with colleagues to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, administer medications, monitor for side effects, document changes, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities
