Job summary

Roosevelt Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caregiving team in New Jersey. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, document health status, and ensure compliance with care plans and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Prior long-term care experience desired but not required.
• Ability to administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status.
• Ensure care delivery complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Nursing leadership.

• Document clinical observations accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
• Support the Director of Nursing and Administrator as needed.

RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of New Jersey
• Previous experience in long-term care is preferred, but not required
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders and care plans
• Monitor and document residents’ health status, including any significant changes
• Ensure care delivery follows all local, state, and federal regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
