Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Brownsburg Meadows in Brownsburg, Indiana. This full-time opportunity offers Day, Evening and Night shifts to support compassionate geriatric care in a long-term care setting.

You will assess residents, administer medications, document changes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote residents' physical and psychosocial well-being while delivering CARE values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
