Westview Care Center is seeking a skilled staff nurse to join a friendly, caring team. The position offers 1st and 2nd shift options, full-time, part-time, and PRN along with weekend package options.

You will help manage operations on your unit, guide clinical staff, and contribute to maintaining a high standard of care for residents. Applicants should hold an unencumbered Iowa RN license (or compact state) with SNF experience preferred.

Competenze

• Unencumbered State of Iowa RN license (or compact state).
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.

Mansioni

• Supervise activities of all clinical staff on the assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained.
• Ensure adequate staffing for residents' needs.

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Westview Care Center by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
