About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Your duties will include:

• Patient Care: Administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assessment and Documentation: Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and psychological needs, and documenting care plans and progress
• Communication: Collaborating with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Education: Providing education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on disease management, self-care, and wellness

Requirements

• Current RN License: Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Must have current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Medication Administration Certification: Must have current certification in medication administration
