Job summary

Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time day shift (7 AM–3 PM). The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, and ensure care plans are followed. Per Diem options: mornings/evenings/an overnight; same-day pay available.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and physician plan.
• Follow and implement care plans from Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care.
• Ensure infection control and nursing regulatory compliance.

Join our team at Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Registered Nurse (RN)! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full‑Time 7 AM‑3 PM.

Per Diem: 7 AM‑3 PM, 3 PM‑11 PM, 7 AM‑7 PM, 7 PM‑7 AM. Same Day Pay available! $37.00‑$42.00 an hour (all inclusive).

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN)

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high‑quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN)

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
