Benton Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our evening shift team. You will provide and supervise nursing care, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations while maintaining resident and family satisfaction.

The role requires an active RN license in Illinois, plus strong communication and a professional demeanor. Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience is preferred, with opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in the state of practice (Illinois).
• Prior experience as RN in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of nursing care and positive clinical outcomes.
• Oversee resident care during assigned shift; manage staff assignments and mentoring.
• Coordinate with physicians and other health care professionals to implement care plans.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Registered Nurse| RN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As a Registered Nurse | RN, you will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Must have active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
