Job summary

Avalon Care Center Bellingham seeks a professional Registered Nurse to join a stable, resident-centered care team in our single-location facility. This full-time role offers Day or Night shifts, including PRN options, with competitive pay and a focus on delivering high-quality nursing care in a welcoming Pacific Northwest setting.

Join us to lead compassionate clinical care, coordinate with physicians and CNAs, and help residents maintain well-being in a CMS 5-Star rated facility.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State (or NLC eligible).
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a care team.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care.
• Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor resident health and clinical outcomes.
• Lead and support CNAs and nursing team members.
