Job summary

Tallwoods Care Center in Bayville, NJ is actively seeking Registered Nurses to join our compassionate team. We offer full-time and part-time positions with multiple shift options to fit your schedule.

As an RN, you will assess, plan, and implement resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to ensure the highest quality care in a supportive, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical skills with ability to prioritize patient care.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Previous experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments with monitoring.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and well-being through compassionate care.
• Mentor and guide other nursing staff to foster teamwork.
