The-Waters- is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. This role offers up to $45 per hour base, a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, shift differentials, and bonuses.

Full‑time and part‑time schedules are available. As an RN, you will assess, plan, and deliver high‑quality care, collaborating with a dedicated team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state in which the facility resides.
• Strong clinical skills and a caring approach to patient care.
