Rehabilitation Center of Allison is seeking an RN to join our friendly, caring and supportive team in a PRN role with flexible hours to fit your schedule. As a staff nurse, you will supervise the activities of all clinical staff on your unit and ensure residents receive a high standard of care.

You will contribute to infection prevention, patient guidance, and building a positive, inclusive facility culture while leveraging opportunities for professional growth within our Rehabilitation Center

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Iowa or compact-state RN license.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of all clinical staff on the assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Assist with infection prevention practices and staffing needs.

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Allison by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident's needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
