Job summary

Canyon Transitional is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in Albuquerque, NM. You will provide compassionate patient care across a range of diagnoses, supporting residents and families while delivering safe, evidence-based nursing.

• Establish measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Responsibilities

Change the lives of our patients/residents and at the same time enjoy the rewards of fully knowing your patients/residents and their families as a Registered Nurse - RN. You will provide care for a variety of patients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.
