Sentara Albemarle Medical Center in Elizabeth City, NC is hiring an RN (Registered Nurse) to join our Resource Pool team under a premium differential.

You will choose at least two specialties to work (MS, IMCU, Med-Tele, ICU, ED Flexi/PRN, Days) and be assigned based on department needs. This role offers market-competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required) or Bachelor of Science Nursing (BSN) or MSN (Preferred).
• Students in the process of completing an accredited nursing program.
• Certification/Licensure: Registered nursing License (Required).
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience: 18 months of recent experience in specialty area.

Compensation

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
