Job summary

Sentara Albemarle Medical Center in Elizabeth City, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our Resource Pool team. You will select at least two specialties (MS, IMCU, Med-Surg, ICU, ED) and be assigned based on department needs. This is a full-time position with weekend and night shifts.

We require an RN license and a nursing degree; BSN/MSN is preferred. A premium divisional shift differential applies and a sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• You will choose at least two (2) specialties to work and will be assigned based on the needs of the department: MS, IMCU, Med-Tele, ICU, ED

• Full time, Weekend, Night Shift

Education

• Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required)

• Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred)

• Students in the process of completing an accredited nursing program

Certification/Licensure

• Registered nursing License (Required)

• BLS required within 90 days of hire

Experience

• 18 months of recent experience in specialty area.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
