Job summary

Wildewood Downs is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide person-centered care on-site. The RN will administer medications, monitor residents, and document care, ensuring dignity and quality of life.

The role supports both part-time and full-time hours, involves health assessments and collaboration with the care team to respond to emergencies and changes in resident conditions.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
• Two years’ experience in a healthcare position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional nursing services including assessments and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Maintain timely written and verbal reports for quality care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists and staff as needed.
• Attend in-service trainings as scheduled.
