Job summary

Encompass Health is offering a Registered Nurse Residency program for new graduates and nurses with less than one year of experience. The 9-month program provides extended orientation, interdisciplinary shadowing, focused education, and an evidence-based project to help you start a successful career in rehabilitation nursing.

Qualifications

• RN licensure as required by state regulations
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred)

• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
