BAYADA Home Health Care in Delaware, Millsboro, offers a Nurse Residency opportunity for newly licensed RNs. The program includes paid training, one-on-one patient care experience, and a fast-track path to professional independence within home health care.

You will receive a $2000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay starting at $30 with increases after 90 days, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits, plus state-of-the-art simulation labs.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care to home health clients.
• Complete electronic charting using Statewise.
• Participate in nurse residency training from day one.
• Support patients and families in their care plans.
